- What counts as a product?

In MemberVault, a product is any offer you want people to opt into or purchase. That could be a course, membership, VIP day, 1:1 client portal, digital download, challenge, summit, or something else you’ve created.
You can easily turn a product inactive or delete it at any time to free up a slot for something new. - Will I retain ownership of my content?
- Yes — you always keep 100% ownership of your content.
- Do you charge transaction fees?
- No. We don’t charge any transaction fees on any of our plans. You’ll only pay the standard processing fees from PayPal and/or Stripe if you use those integrations to accept payments.
- Can I change my plan after I sign up?
- Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime right inside your account.
- Can I cancel my plan at any time?
- Of course. You can cancel anytime in your account settings, or by emailing us at hello@membervault.co.

- Of course! We make it easy to take payments via our integration with Stripe, with zero fees on our end. If you need to use a different payment processor, you can easily give access to products using Zapier, or one of our integration partner email tools.
